You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you find that the product received by you is in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, 

please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. You can call / watsap our customer care at 9892518004 or email us at mentioning your Order ID. We will ensure that a brand new replacement is sent to you 

at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you hand over the product to the delivery person.

Once you accept the product, you can return it within 7 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied with the fit, color, design or any other reason as long as there is no damage to the product as per any of the below conditions:

  •     Any return that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
  •     Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
  •     Any product which has been worn or used for any amount of time or altered or attempted to be altered
  •     Any product that has got stained or smells of perfume or body odour or the laces or trims or accessories have come off due to customer handling 

You can send the product by courier or place a request for reverse pickup if that is available at your location

The amount you paid will be refunded back to you in the same way you paid within 7 days of us receiving the returned product.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies

Refunds will be made in the same way that the payment was made within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order. 


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
